Who we are

doctormarket.ing is a medical marketing agency run by Marco Assanti. This page explains what happens to your details when you use https://doctormarket.ing.

What you tell us

When you send us an enquiry, we collect your name, email, phone number, your clinic's website and any notes you add. When you ask for a case study, we collect your name, email and phone number.

We use these details to reply to you, to call you if your clinic looks like a good fit, and to send you the emails you asked for. They are stored in ActiveCampaign, the email system we use. Every email we send has an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Cookies, analytics and ads

This site uses the following services. They can set cookies and collect information such as the pages you visit, the device you use and how you arrived.

• Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how people use the site.
• Google Ads, to measure which ads lead to enquiries. If you arrive from a Google ad, we keep the Google click id with your enquiry.
• The Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure and improve our Facebook and Instagram ads.
• Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors move around the page, such as clicks and scrolling, so we can improve it.
• ConvertBox, which shows on-site messages.
